FOUNDED IN 1967 by Irving Lubin, TANDEM is a Canadian family-owned company that specializes in motion furniture. Currently run by the second generation, Sheldon Lubin and Eric Abecassis, the company made only one product – reclining chairs – until 1982. The next year marked a turning point, when the management team decided to introduce motion loveseats and sofas. A leader in its field, TANDEM now offers a full range of reclining chairs, loveseats and sofas, as well as a wide selection of stationary upholstered furniture. White Glove Gold service lets you sit back and relax while your furniture is set up for you. Delivery is made inside your residence to the room of your choice (includes carrying the product up two (2) flights of stairs from the threshold). The carrier will unpack the product and remove the packaging for you. They will also provide 15 minutes of basic setup that requires no tools (e.g. will set pieces next to each other or on top of each other). The shipping company will call you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and will be scheduled within a 4-hour window. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box.
Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.
